Cinemateca Portuguesa, one of the most renowned film centers in the world, dedicates this month a special retrospective to the Catalan filmmaker and cultural agitator Pere Portabella.
This retrospective will screen a total of 21 titles – among which are Vampir, Umbracle or his last film General Report II -, and 7 titles selected by Portabella himself as Carte Blanche, will feature three special sessions presented by the filmmaker, and a debate with Esteve Riambau, director of Filmoteca de Catalunya, and Josep Ramoneda, philosopher, cultural promoter and one of the most renowned writers in the Spanish political sphere.
